Maintenance Fees and Payment Options
Rivershire Annual Maintenance Fee is $275.00.
The yearly maintenance fee is due by December 31st of the current year for the upcoming year.
2026 Maintenance Fee is due 12/31/25
Rivershire Terms:
Payment is due by December 31st. A one time Service Charge of $27.50 and 10% per annum interest will be charged on unpaid balances beginning on January 1.
We offer several options to make your payment:
A check payable to Rivershire Maintenance Funds, Inc. for the full amount, which can be mailed in or dropped off at the office located at 206 Scarborough Dr. There is a mail slot in the window to the left of the clubhouse door for your convenience.
If you would like to use a credit card (3.25% service charge) please use PayHOA. We also accept monthly payments and full payment by bank draft ($1.95 service charge) via PayHOA. In order to pay monthly, you will need to notify the office before December 20th and have an active PayHOA account.
