Maintenance Fees and Payment Options
Rivershire Annual Maintenance Fee is $275.00.
The yearly maintenance fee is due by December 31st of the current year for the upcoming year.
2026 Maintenance Fee is due 12/31/25
Rivershire Terms:
Payment is due by December 31st. A one time Service Charge of $27.50 and 10% per annum interest will be charged on unpaid balances beginning on January 1.
We offer several options to make your payment:
A check payable to Rivershire Maintenance Funds, Inc. for the full amount, which can be mailed in or dropped off at the office located at 206 Scarborough Dr. There is a mail slot in the window to the left of the clubhouse door for your convenience.
If you would like to pay using a credit card (3.5% + $0.50 processing fee) or by bank draft ($2.45 processing fee) please use PayHOA.
Monthly payments can be arranged by contacting the office before December 23rd. A Payment Plan Agreement, issued by the office, must be signed before a payment plan will be implemented.
Please contact the office if you have any questions regarding past due maintenance fees. We can get you started with a monthly electronic payment.
