Clubhouse Rentals
The clubhouse may be rented for any occasion - birthdays, baby showers, retirement parties and wedding receptions. Rivershire homeowners receive a discounted rental rate. Resident rental rate is $200.00 with a deposit of $150.00 that is refunded to you after your event as long as all the rental rules have been followed. For non-residents the rental rate is $400.00 with a deposit of $200.00.
There is a mandatory Cleaning Fee of $65.00.
If alcoholic beverages are to be served during the event, police officers must be present. Permission and police security must be arranged PRIOR to your event. Officers are paid for in cash, by you, at the time of your event. Alcohol consumption by minors (anyone under age 21) is not allowed.
All events have a curfew of 10:00PM.
Please contact the office if you are interested in renting the clubhouse to check on the availability. A signed Building Rental Rules and Rental Agreement along with payments (rental fee, deposit, and cleaning fee) are needed before the date is secured.
* Renting the building does not include pool privileges. The pool is available for rental for an additional cost. See: Pool Rentals and Schedule for more info.
